MISA Intramurals
Whether it is to make new friends, get some exercise in your busy schedule or to let your competitive side loose - we want to provide that opportunity to all of our members, free of charge.
See below for the UBC Recreation Events and Intramural teams MISA has to offer! Particpation is free for all MISA members. Non-members will be asked to pay a small fee.

Dodgeball
Relive the glory days of elementary school gym class by joining the MISA intramural dodgeball team!

Tier: Open Tier 2

Time: Tuesdays between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (the exact time of each game varies each week and can be found on the UBC Rec schedule)

Note you are not expected to attend all the games, but you are encouraged to come if you can make it.
Volleyball
Were you a promising up-and-coming volleyball player in middle school only to be held back by the cruel limitations of height? Are you tall and wasting your latent potential? Look no further, as this is the perfect opportunity to hop (literally) right back into it.

Day of the Longboat
Do you crave the splash of seawater in the dying summer heat as you compete against others? Do you simply have to check off that one box on your UBC bucket list? Whatever the case, join MISA for the signature UBC Day of the Longboat, the single largest voyageur canoe race in the world!
